Ceist:

97 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress in supplying information regarding the treatment of a person (details supplied); if the information requested by this person's son was in a letter to St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny of 14 December 2001; if this letter will be made available without delay; and if the file on this case will be given to the family without having to extract the details on a piecemeal basis. Responsibility for the matters referred to by the Deputy rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer at the board to look into the matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
