121 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she will provide a copy of the employment records of a former employee of the Department of Posts and Telegraphs to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10422/02]

The file in question has been requisitioned from An Post. My Department will provide a copy of the employment records in that file to the former employee of the Department of Posts and Telegraphs for whom details have been supplied.
