The documentation submitted to my Department is currently being examined. On completion of this examination the decision to proceed to the preparation of tender documents will be considered. A letter will issue to the school authority in due course.

Ceist:208 Ms M. McGennis asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the remedial works which need to be carried out to St. Pius X national school. [10675/02]
My Department's building unit is currently examining an application from St. Pius X national school, Terenure, for remedial works to the electrical, heating and sewerage systems at the school. When this examination is complete my Department's building unit will be in contact with the school authorities. My Department has recently approved remedial works to the general purpose hall at the school.
