824 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding an application for permanent recognition for a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11989/02]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods)

An application for permanent recognition as a national school has been received in respect of the school in question. The application is under consideration in my Department's planning section and the promoters will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible.
