Ceist:178 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if his Department has received a submission from the parents association of St. Cecilia's special school, Sligo regarding the refusal of education for their children from June 2002; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that they are denied an appropriate primary education due to a lack of an individual education plan and behavioural and educational psychological input; the steps he has taken to redress this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
