185 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if his Department has received a suckler cow appeal from a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13530/02]
The herdowner lodged an appeal on 31 May 2002 concerning his 2001 suckler cow premium application. Appeals require individual examination and are deal with in the order in which they are received. This appeal will be examined in due course and the herdowner will be notified of the outcome.
