Ceist:1496 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will inform local authorities before the end of October 2002 of the amount of their grant under the local government fund for 2003 in order that each local authority will have full information when formulating their estimates of expenditure and income for 2003.
