1535 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason the certificates of compliance have not been issued with regard to a development (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16571/02]

Additional documentation requested from the applicant has recently been received and an inspection, with a view to the issue of certificates of compliance if in order, will be carried out as soon as possible.
