1630 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the way in which spending in the first nine months of this year compares to the budgeted profile for spending for each major programme of his Department's spending; and his forecast for year end overruns. [17172/02]
The allocations for my Department are made up from a combination of some former allocations to the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands and money allocated in other Votes to services now being handled in my Department. Overall the expenditure trends of my new Department to date this year do not suggest that there will be any overrun on the Vote at year end.
