663 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 437 of 26 February 2002, the position regarding retention of the school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16628/02]
Since February last officials of my Department have had further meetings with the relevant parties concerning the matter raised by the Deputy.
A final decision on how best to structure post-primary provision in the catchment area of the school in question, will be taken as soon as possible and notified to the relevant parties.
