Written Answers. - Legislative Programme.
The Bills pertaining to my Department, which are before the Oireachtas, are the Postal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, Digital Hub Agency Bill, Sea Pollution (Hazardous and Noxious Substances) (Civil Liability and Compensation) Bill, Dumping at Sea (Amendment) Bill, and the Law of the Sea (Repression of Piracy) Bill.
Bills in respect of which Heads have been approved by Government, and which are being drafted by the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel, are the Foyle, Carlingford & Irish Lights Commission Bill, Electricity Bill, and Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Bill.
