Ceist:

1139 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the enhanced nursing home subvention has not been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Cork so that this person can move to a nursing home. [16747/02]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Cork area rests with the Southern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this matter and forward a reply direct to the Deputy.
