Ceist:

1207 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the date of receipt by his Department of a review by the Mid-Western Health Board of the death of a person (details supplied) while in the care of the health board. [17233/02]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

I understand that the Mid-Western Health Board expects to be in a position to issue the final report in respect of this case within the next few weeks. The report will be forwarded to my Department on completion.
