1212 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the amount paid in legal fees by his Department in 1999, 2000, 2001 and to date in 2002; the person to whom payment was made; and the amount of payment in each case. [17300/02]

Details of the legal costs associated with the hepatitis C compensation tribunal are contained in the accounts prepared by the hepatitis C compensation tribunal.
