The consultants' report into CIE's surplus property forms part of the ongoing discussions between my Department and CIE regarding maximising the utilisation of property assets to generate capital funds for public transport investment in the context of the national development plan. As the report contains commercially sensitive information regarding the values of certain properties, I do not intend to publish it.
