Ceist:145 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report he has sought from the Garda into the circumstances in which letters addressed to Members of the Oireachtas were seized on 23 November 2001; if the report has determined the reason the letters were not sent on to those to whom they were addressed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
