I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection, signed at Montreal on 1st March, 1991, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 24th September, 2002, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
