I propose to take Questions Nos. 269, 270 and 287 together.

Responsibility for the prioritisation and provision of capital funding for organisations such as the Carmichael House Centre in the Dublin area is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority in the first instance. Accordingly, the Deputies' questions have been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Regional Health Authority, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputies as a matter of urgency.
