The application from the person named was received in my Department on 30 July 2002 and is being processed in accordance with the payment targets in the protocol on direct payments to farmers.

The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 60.35 hectares. The person named will be paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme shortly.
161 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will make a REP scheme payment to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [19062/02]
My Department wrote to the person named in May 2002 asking him to submit an amended plan to reflect accurately the area of the holding. My Department has not yet received the amended plan and no further payments can be made until it is submitted.
