180 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Question No. 140 of 24 October 2002, if he will answer the substantial parts of the question which were left unanswered when he gave his reply on the same date; and if he will now provide a comprehensive response to each of the outstanding issues. As I indicated to the Deputy in my reply to Question No. 140 of 24 October, 2002, the development envisaged at this site is currently the subject of litigation in the High Court and, in the circumstances, it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment.
