Ceist:345 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if an appointment and operation will be expedited for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who is waiting to have cataracts removed from both eyes, has been on the list for 18 months and was recently informed that they would have to wait a further 18 months; the reason for the delay; and the number of people on this waiting list.
