418 Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he proposes to re-establish the national Traveller accommodation consultative committee; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21136/02]
As the three national bodies representing Travellers which nominated persons for appointment to the outgoing committee recently indicated they would be willing, if requested, to nominate persons for appointment as members of a re-established committee, I expect to be in a position to seek nominations shortly.
