145 Mr. Gogarty asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if her Department is responsible for the provision of funding to run, maintain and service a van currently used by Lucan Disability Group to provide accessible transport for people with disabilities; if not, the correct Department to which to apply for such funding; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Under a social inclusion package in budget 2001, a number of projects-groups received funding, including the Lucan Disability Action Group. This group received a capital grant of €32,000 for the purchase of a vehicle, which was paid from the Vote of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, to whom any further inquiries should be addressed.
