I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Police Co-operation which was signed on 29 April 2002 in Belfast on behalf of the Government of Ireland by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform and a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 8 October 2002.
