214 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government further to Question No. 667 of 5 November, if his Department has made contact with the developer in question concerning the transfer of lands; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22852/02]

My Department has initiated discussions with the owners of the lands in question and their agents with a view to establishing possible options for the transfer of the lands. It is not possible to estimate the likely outcome of these discussions at this stage.
