Ceist:44 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the implications for the psychological services of the decision to cancel the doctorate in clinical psychology which was to have been run by the Northern Area Health Board and Trinity College and which was due to commence in October 2002, but which has now been cancelled as a result of lack of funding; if in view of a reported 50% vacancy rate for clinical psychologists he will consider taking steps to have the course reinstated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
