69 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will examine an application for a work permit in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25255/02]

The application in question was refused on 30 September last. This decision allowed for the right to appeal within four weeks from that date. There is no record of an appeal in this case.
