I understand the information necessary to reply to this particular letter has just been received from the Revenue Commissioners and a reply will issue shortly. The Deputy will appreciate that due to the pressures of budget work it is not always possible to respond to representations as quickly as I would like. I regret the delay in issuing a reply.
