146 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Finance the action he intends to take on a submission made by the Irish Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, Ring Fence Disability; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26777/02]

I can confirm for the Deputy that I have received the Irish Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus pre-budget submission and that its contents were considered in the context of the budget, which as the Deputy is aware was announced on 4 December 2002.
