219 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the validity of information given by him to Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann on 6 July 2002 in relation to the Arms Trials of 1970; and if he will finally address this issue and the damage to a person (details supplied) in the interests of truth and justice. The report given by my predecessor to the Oireachtas about this matter in July 2001 was based on the fullest information then available. I understand that further papers have since come to light and when I have had an opportunity of considering them I will comment further on the matter.
