229 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when it is expected that the joint committee of the two Human Rights Commissions, North and South, which was envisaged in the Good Friday Agreement, will be established; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As I indicated in my reply to Question No. 248 on 27 June 2002, a joint committee of representatives of the two Human Rights Commissions, as provided for in the Good Friday Agreement, has been established.
