760 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport if the local government auditor has identified a figure for toll road and bridge fees in respect of the latest 12 month date for which figures are available in respect of each local authority area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan)

No toll road or bridge fee income currently accrues to local authorities in respect of the national road network. In the circumstances, the auditing of such fees by the local government auditor does not arise.
