I am advised by the Garda authorities that investigations into the Dublin and Monaghan bombings remain open and that any new evidence which comes to the fore will be further investigated. Both my Department and the Garda Síochána continue to assist Mr. Justice Barron in his inquiries into these bombings and other incidents being examined by him.
