Ceist:

436 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when a decision will be reached on the application made for a first-time buyer's new house grant on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [4308/03]

Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen):

An inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be carried out when the applicants notify my Department that the house is completed and that they are in occupation of the house as their normal place of residence.
