456 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the national development plan outlay in the Waterford constituency for 2002; the percentage this was of his Department's total NDP outlay for 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4716/03]

Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen):

The outlay in the Waterford constituency in 2002 for NDP projects that came within my Department's remit was €26.867 million. This was 1.08% of the total outlay for 2002 in respect of the NDP measures coming within the scope of my Department.
