459 Mr. Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the situation with regard to the proposed remedial works scheme for Carberry Park, Townpark, Athy, County Kildare; when he will approve the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5177/03]
Carbery ParkTownspark, Athy, was designated for funding under my Department's remedial works scheme in May 2001. Estimated costings and plans for the refurbishment work to the houses in the estate have been received from Athy Town Council. In order to give further consideration to these proposals, the council has been requested to submit additional information on the proposed refurbishment works, and this is now awaited.
