I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a copy folio and file plan which was lodged with a transfer of part application on 30 November 1999; dealing number D1999SM008075E refers. I am further informed that the transfer of part application was completed on 4 December 2002 and the copy folio and file plan was issued to the lodging solicitor on completion of the transfer of part application.
