Ceist:191 Mr. M. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an application under the early retirement scheme by a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be finalised. [6298/03]
Written Answers - Early Retirement Scheme.
The person named is a participant in the 1994 scheme of early retirement from farming, having entered that scheme in May 1996. It was necessary to suspend payment of his pension in September 2002 because of a difficulty with the transferee's enlargement lands. This matter has now been resolved and payment of the pension has resumed from February 2003 with full arrears.
