565 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for registration by persons (details supplied) in County Westmeath will be expedited, as same is required urgently in view of the fact that their property is being mortgaged; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer order which was lodged on 25 February 2000 – dealing No. D2000XS002073P refers. I am further informed that this application is in the final stages of completion and will be completed within the next few weeks.
