Vol. 563 No. 4

Written Answers - Foreign Aircraft.

Dan Boyle

Ceist:

184 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Defence the legal instruments which exist that oblige the Government to carry liability for intentional damage caused here by individuals, or groupings of individuals, to foreign military aircraft. [8245/03]

The Department of Defence has no role in relation to claims for damages to foreign aircraft, whether civilian or military, which occurred at civil airports.
