315 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will report on the ongoing discussions with the Garda Síochána retired members association regarding the pensionability of rent allowance in 1982 and unsocial hours allowance in 1993; the number of pensioners involved; and if he will bring this outstanding matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
