231 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the extension plans for the woodwork room at a school (details supplied) in County Wicklow; when this will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11062/03]
The application for refurbishment of the woodwork room is being considered in the context of the overall application for additional permanent accommodation at the school referred to by the Deputy.
Given the level of financial commitments to be met from projects already in construction as part of the 2003 capital programme, I do not envisage that my Department will be in a position during this year to initiate architectural planning for any further large scale building projects, including the project referred to in this case.
