420 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children the additional funding which will be provided in 2003 in view of the increased demand on services at the Merchants Quay project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11447/03]
The provision of funding, and any matters relating to such funding, within its functional area, is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority. In the circumstances my Department has requested the chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to reply direct to the Deputy.
