Ceist:

155 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children the breakdown by board area of the payments received by general practitioners for ineligible patients; if any of the general practitioners involved are members of health boards; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12489/03]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Details of overpayments to general practitioners are being compiled at present at the GMS (Payments) Board. When this exercise is complete, it will then be possible to identify to whom the overpayments refer and whether or not they are members of health boards.
