Ceist:356 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department has been notified by the Northern Area Health Board of difficulties presented by lack of funding and the recruitment embargo which has resulted in Cuan Ros, a public nursing home, cancelling all respite care; his Department's response to the health board on this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
