Ceist:

345 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a complaint made to the SEHB in September 2002 by a person (details supplied) in relation to the treatment and incident relating to a person (details supplied) has not been replied to; if an investigation has been undertaken; if the details of the investigation have been examined; the corrective action which was taken arising from the incident; if staff were disciplined; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
