Ceist:395 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Dublin City Council's indoor WC scheme was suspended in 2002 due to lack of funding; and the steps he is taking to assist the council in reinstating this scheme.
