The Deputy will be aware that the post mortem inquiry, chaired by Ms Anne Dunne SC, is investigating all post mortem examination policy, practice and procedure in the State since 1970. I await her report and I intend to lay the it before both Houses when I have considered the inquiry's findings and recommendations.
