Last November, I announced that a review exercise of all capital projects in the third level sector would be undertaken by the Higher Education Authority with a view to prioritisation and phasing in the context of a multi-annual programme.
Tipperary Rural Business Development Institute will have an opportunity to participate in this review. Decisions in respect of all third level institutions will be taken when the review is completed and the funding position for 2004 and subsequent years is determined.
