I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following draft order:
National Council for Special Education (Establishment) Order, 2003,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 16 May, 2003, be referred to the Joint Com mittee on Education and Science, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 26 June, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
